Personally, I would ascribe 0 value to the renewables segment and see it as a free option. The net-zero goals are arbitrarily made up by a bunch of politicians who like to sugarcoat things
To my knowledge they haven’t lost a contract though they have canceled contracts themselves and they had signed bad contracts before the new CEO was in charge. They also have resident surveys after each each job is completed and it appears that they have an almost 100% satisfaction rating which.
While I agree that the net-zero goals are normally just things that politicians say and never act on the UK government is putting money towards it. Whether they hit their goal or not isn’t as important.
I think putting 0 value on the renewable segment doesn’t make much sense. Most things in the renewable segment are simple things like insulation and water efficient taps which are always going to be wanted
