Np. While they’ve acquired a bunch of companies that have had a US presence I don’t think any of them were in the US
Our team has spoken with Evolution IR, who indicated that this transaction is now expected to close toward the end of 2025, representing a delay from the previously scheduled mid-2025 timeline.
